Shabbat Evening Service & Jewish Naming Ceremony

On this Shabbat we celebrate Shabbat Shemot, the Shabbat of Names. During the service, we will hold a special ceremony in which congregants (who have signed up) can receive a Hebrew name and a naming certificate. A Jewish name is a prayer of hope. If you or your child(ren) never received a Jewish name and would like to, please sign up for the ceremony by January 6. Rabbi Wilfond will then be in touch with you regarding your Jewish name selection.
Our Shabbat evening services are warm, welcoming and filled with the music and spirit of our community. The service will be followed by an oneg.
