Temple Emanuel of Andover Holds Music Weekend

 

Our first ever Artist-in-Residence Weekend was a resounding success! Check out this excerpt from a great article written by the Jewish Journal.

Throughout the weekend of May 17-19, over 500 members of Temple Emanuel of Andover enjoyed services, a concert and children’s programming with Dan Nichols, one of Reform Judaism’s most sought-after performers and an influential composer of today’s modern Jewish soundtrack. Nichols was featured as an artist-in-residence. The weekend started with Shabbat Unplugged, followed by a Shabbat study session on Saturday morning, a spirited Havdalah and concert on Saturday evening, and a religious school sing-along on Sunday morning.
