Temple Emanuel invites the entire community to a fun-filled summer outing. Whether you’re a golfer, a mah jongg player, a pickleball or tennis enthusiast, or simply looking for a relaxing day by the pool with family and friends, there’s something for everyone. Wrap up the day – whether or not you join us for the daytime activities – with a delicious summertime buffet dinner and silent auction (adults only for dinner, please). This event is open to the public; you do not need to be a Temple Emanuel member to attend. Join us for a day of fun, community and support for Temple Emanuel’s mission.
Schedule of events:
- 11:30 am: Golf registration and lunch
- 1:00 pm: Shotgun start of golf tournament
- 1:00 pm: Pickleball and tennis tournaments begin
- 1:00–6:00 pm: Family fun by the pool, including access to cornhole and ping pong
- 3:00 pm: Mah Jongg round robin tournament
- 6:00 pm: Dinner, awards ceremony and silent auction (adults only for dinner, please)
Ways to participate:
- Register to attend: Choose from golf options including a foursome, single or junior; pickleball, tennis and Mah Jongg tournaments, buffet lunch and/or dinner, and free access to a pool fun day. Note: golf registration includes lunch and dinner (junior golf registration does not include dinner); pickleball/tennis registration includes lunch and the option for dinner; Mah Jongg registration offers the option for dinner
- Sponsor the event: Sponsor a golf hole, contest or promotional item.
- Bid in the silent auction: Now open online featuring sports tickets, weekend getaways, gift cards and more.
Fees:
- Golf (includes lunch, dinner and cart): foursome ($1,000), single ($250), junior ($170, age 16-21, lunch only)
- Pickleball Tournament (bracket-style competition open to all levels): $180/person (includes lunch and dinner); $100/person (includes lunch)
- Tennis 105 3 v. 3 Tournament: $134/person (includes lunch and dinner); $54/person (includes lunch)
- Mah Jongg Round Robin: $98 per player (includes dinner); $18 Mah Jongg only
- Pool Fun Day: no charge; suggested donation of $36/family
- Dinner only: $80/person (adults only)
