High Holy Day FAQs

HOW WILL I ACCESS THE SERVICES AND PROGRAMS?

A few days prior to the High Holy Days members in good standing, and any guest they have requested to have access, will receive an email with the links and the passwords to the services and programs. Each adult, when applicable, and their guests will receive the access information. 

DO I NEED PASSWORDS TO ACCESS THE PUBLIC SERVICES?

Our services that are open to the public will not require a password to access, unless they are live Zoom services. Services such as our Live Zoom Family Service will require registration in advance of the services. Visit our Schedule of Services and Programs to register to join us!

WHAT IF I CAN'T WATCH THE SERVICE AT THE TIME LISTED ON THE SCHEDULE? CAN I WATCH IT LATER?

Our pre-recorded services will be available to watch after the scheduled time. Our live Zoom services and study sessions will only be available at the time of the service or study session. 

I BELONG TO ANOTHER CONGREGATION, CAN I ACCESS YOUR SERVICES?

Yes! We are pleased offer reciprocity to members in good standing at other congregations. Please have a staff member of your home congregation fill out this form. You will be added to your distribution list for access to our services and programs. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING?

A member in good standing means you do not have any option balances from prior years and you have made at least one payment towards this year’s dues. If you are unsure if you are a members in good standing, please contact Maureen Chapman

HOW CAN MY CHILD OR GUESTS GAIN ACCESS TO THE SERVICES?

We continue to welcome military personnel and children under the age of 30 complimentary access to our services. Please fill out this form to have the access information sent to them. We also welcome guests of our members to join us for services, please fill out this form to purchase Guest Access. If you are not the guest of member, under 30, or affiliated with another congregation, please fill out this form to purchase Guest Access.

How will the Yizkor “Book of Remembrance” be distributed?

We will share the Yizkor Book in digital format for use during our service. If you would like a physical copy sent to you, please contact the Temple Main Office. We will happily mail one to you.
